PMI’s PMP exam is changing on 1 July, 2020 and PMBOK is also changing to PMBOK ver 7 in Q4, 2020. We all understand the fact that “The only constant in life is change”-Heraclitus, but being a Project Manager it is our responsibility to make sure that impact remains within a manageable range. The current change from 10 Knowledge Area, 5 Process groups to 12 Project delivery principles and 8 performance domain, in their own words “we have not seen anything like this before”. PMBOK7 is considered to be “whole new beast”.
