As you may have seen from my profile and past messages, I am very passionate about making sure that all Project Managers are able to hone their respective crafts while advancing in their careers.
We all are.
And as project manager, we should also be aware ‘this milestone’ is never our last one. We have to keep moving forward, setting our goals even higher than before, in order to scale even more complex challenges than before. And with all that in mind comes the matter of either nurturing your skills regularly to keep them sharp or making yourself redundant in your workspace.
As project manager, we are the ones who have the hold on all the aspects of any project. And the more skills we have, the more we are likely to strengthen that hold and keep it under control.
